1. Acceptance of terms
By enrolling in a PPT diet or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Enrolment & diets
ICAN examinations run in May and November diets. PPT delivers tuition per diet. Enrolment is confirmed once the completed form is received and fees are settled per admissions confirmation.
3. Use of learning materials
All lecture recordings, notes, past-question packs and mock papers are the intellectual property of Prodigy Professional Tutors and are licensed to you for personal study only. Redistribution, resale or public sharing is prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund.
4. Student conduct
You agree to attend classes respectfully, avoid disruption in study rooms, and not share your login. We reserve the right to revoke access where conduct materially harms other students or tutors.
5. Pass guarantee
Where advertised, our pass guarantee entitles a qualifying student to repeat the same subject in the following diet at 50% of the standard fee. Eligibility requires 80%+ class attendance and completion of all mock exams.
6. Payments
Fees are due before the diet start date unless a written instalment plan is agreed with admissions. Payments are processed via our regulated payment partners.
7. Limitation of liability
PPT provides tuition on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for ICAN examination outcomes, third-party platform outages or any indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
