01Class Structure and Delivery

Prodigy Professional Tutors (PPT) operates exclusively as a virtual learning institution, leveraging technology to provide quality professional education irrespective of students' geographical locations.

  • Classes are primarily conducted on weekends and officially recognised public holidays to accommodate working professionals and full-time students.
  • Where necessary, additional weekday classes may be scheduled upon agreement between lecturers and students to ensure adequate syllabus coverage.
  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually and participate actively in learning activities.

Recorded sessions:

  • All live classes are recorded and uploaded to the PPT learning platform after each session.
  • Recorded lectures are intended to serve as supplementary learning resources and revision materials.
  • Recorded sessions are strictly for online streaming purposes and are not downloadable.
  • Access to recorded sessions is granted only for the duration of the applicable examination diet and will expire at the conclusion of the diet.
  • Students are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or distributing recorded materials without prior authorization from management.

02Payment Policy and Financial Commitment

Grace period: students who enrol on or before the official commencement date of lectures shall be granted a three (3)-week grace period to demonstrate financial commitment through either full payment or part payment of tuition fees.

All outstanding tuition fees must be fully settled by the end of the month following enrolment.

Where a student fails to fulfil payment obligations within the stipulated period, management reserves the right to:

  • Restrict access to live classes;
  • Restrict access to recorded lectures;
  • Limit access to learning materials and support services;
  • Suspend participation in assessments and mock examinations.

Late enrolment: students enrolling after the expiration of the initial three-week grace period shall be granted a maximum of one (1) week to demonstrate financial commitment.

Refund Policy: tuition fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where management determines otherwise under exceptional circumstances.

03Decision on Number of Courses

Students are provided with a four (4)-week grace period from the commencement of lectures to finalize the number of subjects they intend to sit for during the examination diet.

Requests for changes in the number of courses after the four-week period shall be considered only at the discretion of management.

Students are advised to make informed decisions based on their academic preparedness, work commitments, previous examination performance, and available study time — and to seek guidance from lecturers and academic advisers before finalizing.

04Third-Party Communication Policy

Students are strongly advised to communicate directly and exclusively with authorized PPT representatives regarding registration, payments, academic matters, administrative enquiries and student support services.

PPT shall not recognize or accept responsibility for any arrangement, representation, transaction, or communication conducted through unauthorized individuals or external agents.

Verify all payment requests and administrative instructions through official PPT communication channels before taking action. Management shall not be liable for losses resulting from dealings with unauthorized persons.

05Registration Responsibility

PPT shall assume full responsibility for examination registration and related administrative processes only where students have made registration payments directly to PPT.

PPT shall not be held responsible for registration errors, missed deadlines, payment disputes, or other complications arising from payments made through third-party agents or unauthorized intermediaries.

Students who elect to process their own registration or utilize external agents do so entirely at their own risk.

06Payment Information

All payments relating to tuition, registration, and other approved fees must be made exclusively to the official PPT account (Moniepoint Microfinance Bank · 6520277020 · Prodigy Professional Tutors Ltd).

Students must retain evidence of payment and promptly forward proof of payment to the appropriate PPT official for confirmation and reconciliation. PPT reserves the right to request additional verification documents where necessary.

07Student Code of Conduct

Students enrolled with PPT are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and conduct by:

  • Demonstrating respect towards lecturers, administrators, and fellow students;
  • Attending classes punctually;
  • Participating actively in learning activities;
  • Refraining from disruptive behaviour during classes;
  • Maintaining academic integrity;
  • Respecting intellectual property rights relating to lecture materials and recordings.

Any misconduct may attract disciplinary action, including suspension of access to PPT services.

08Intellectual Property Policy

All materials provided by Prodigy Professional Tutors — including lecture notes, recorded lectures, presentation slides, mock examination materials, revision materials and academic resources — remain the exclusive intellectual property of PPT.

Students shall not reproduce, distribute, sell, upload or share any PPT materials without prior written approval from management.
