"Winning the ICAN Prize was not in my plan when I decided to write the ICAN exam, but joining Prodigy Professional Tutorial Centre changed my mindset. They made me understand that I wasn't just reading to pass, rather I must read to know, understand, and excel. However, that didn't come so easily. As someone coming from a science background, the terms and topics were entirely new to me. But the tutors didn't mind going back to teach me whenever I called their attention. They structured and simplified the syllabus, and broke down complex topics during classes. Most of the time, our tutors never assumed we knew something, they would explain, give assignments, and ask us to reach out to them personally. The tutorial being recorded was another advantage. I often went back to watch the videos whenever I couldn't catch up in class. But one thing that stood out for me was during a class when a tutor said that he won the ICAN Prize and made us understand what helped him win. This challenged so much. I decided to do more than I had been doing, and just as the tutorial often encourages, I prayed as I read. I paid attention to frequently tested topics as well as the ones that were rarely asked. So, when it was time to write the exam, I went with that mindset of excellence, never leaving any pages blank, and answering all questions required, and God crowned my efforts with excellence."
