Prodigy Professional Tutors ("PPT", "we", "us") is an online ICAN tuition provider based in Nigeria. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

- Account details — name, email address, phone number, chosen level (Foundation, Skills, Professional) and diet.
- Learning activity — classes attended, mock-exam scores and progress within your dashboard.
- Payment details — handled by our regulated payment partners; we do not store card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send us via email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
3. How we use your data
To deliver classes and materials, mark your mock exams, send diet updates, respond to admissions questions, and improve our teaching. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data storage & security
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit. Access is limited to authorised PPT staff. We keep your data only for as long as needed for tuition delivery and legal record-keeping.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email prodigyprofessionaltutors@gmail.com and we will respond within 14 working days.
